The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships for undergraduate college education in all 50 states and internationally. Our scholarship recipients study in a variety of academic disciplines. The Scholarship Foundation provides financial resources, and the support of an extended community, ensuring the children of Marines and eligible Navy Corpsmen have the opportunity to attend college and successfully achieve their goals.

The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation provides life-changing educational opportunities to the children of Marines. We award scholarships to the children of active duty Marines, veteran Marines and Navy Corpsmen who serve with them, with special consideration given to applicants whose parents have been killed or wounded in action.  

The Scholarship Foundation also provides Heroes Tribute Scholarships of up to $30,000 over four years to children of Marines, and Navy Corpsmen serving with Marines, whose parents have been killed in combat since September 11, 2001.


A Current Look at our Students 

Scholarship recipient, Nicole Villoria, is a senior at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, studying journalism and sociology.  Her father served in the Marine Corps from 1966-1972 with two tours of duty in Vietnam.  Her father's Marine Corps service taught Nicole to be persistent in her ambitions which has led her to fulfill her academic goals.
